If for any reason we have made a mistake with the personalisation or there is a faulty product, we will ensure that the mistake is resolved as quickly as possible. We will cover all costs for the returns of the damaged / incorrect product.

We do not accept returns on personalised goods.

If you wish to make a return, please follow the steps below:

1) Please request a returns form via email at customerservices@lovelei.uk

2) Returns must be received within 7 days of receiving your order to receive an EXCHANGE or CREDIT NOTE. (Should you receive a credit note from Lovelei, it will be valid for 3 months from the return date). 

3) Any garments received outside of this time frame will be returned to the customer at the customers expense and an exchange or credit note will not be issued.  

4) In order to make a successful return, the garment must be in an unworn condition and remain in its original packaging. Only one item per colour, per design and size can be removed from the packaging to check the quality, design and colour. Any additional items removed from the packaging are non returnable

5) A completed returns form must accompany each return to ensure a smooth exchange process.

Personalised orders are non refundable or exchangeable and are custom made for you. Please ensure you are 100% happy with your personalised order before you purchase as your order cannot be altered once processed.
