These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website at www.lovelei.uk  (the “Website”). By accessing this website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. 

Using this Website indicates that you accept these terms regardless of whether or not you choose to register with us or order from us. If you do not accept these terms, do not use this website.

We may revise these terms and conditions at any time by updating this posting. You should check this Website from time to time to review the then current terms and conditions, because they are binding on you. Certain provisions of these terms and conditions may be superseded by expressly designated legal notices or terms located on particular pages of this Website. If you do not wish to accept any new terms and conditions, you should not continue to use this Website. 

You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. We will send you an order acknowledgement by email, detailing the products you have ordered. 

Our acceptance of an order takes place once the order is paid in full. 

Whilst we try and make sure every order is completed on occasion orders may need to be cancelled, we are unable to accept any cancellation once your order has been placed and paid for as it is automatically added to the production process.

Once your item has been received we are unable to offer a return or refund if the product sizing is incorrect, printing is incorrect upon customer request, the order will only be accepted as a return if it is deemed faulty by a manager if an item is returned as faulty but is checked and is not found to be faulty will not be refunded and we reserve the right to charge return postage.

If an order is received and is no longer required a manager may agree a return with you which will incur a restocking charge of 50% of the invoice value. Lovelei Ltd reserves the right to refuse a return.

THE CONSUMER PROTECTION (DISTANCE SELLING) REGULATIONS 2000 (SI 2000 No. 2334) Chapter 6.1c Exceptions to the right to cancel – Unless the parties have agreed otherwise, the cooling off period and the right to cancel do not apply to contracts for goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.

We may refuse to accept an order: 

(a) Where goods are not available 
(b) Where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment 
(c) If there has been a pricing or product description error 
(d) If you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions 
(e) If the order is to be delivered outside of the United Kingdom.

(f) abusive behaviour which could potentially damage our business 

(g) We do not tolerate any threatening messages or emails and as soon as we receive these your order shall be declined


We will deliver the Products ordered by you to the address which you give for delivery when you make your order. If any of the details you have given us in your delivery address are incorrect, we are not liable for any items which have not been received. 

Delivery will be made as soon as possible and usually within 7 days of receipt of your dispatch confirmation.

Estimate dispatch timescales can be found on our website. During busy periods our estimated timeframes may take a little longer

Whilst we make every effort to dispatch goods during the estimation timescales that we specify, we cannot guarantee delivery on that day or accept liability for deliveries made outside this timescale. We cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries. 

Some postal addresses in Northern Ireland, some offshore islands and some remote areas of Great Britain may not be covered by our normal delivery services and so we may have to contact you to advise you of extra postal charges. 

The majority of our products are dispatched Royal Mail 24hr/Interlink. If you have not received your items, you must check with your local sorting office even if you have not received notification from your postman that they are holding items for you. 

In the event that we reproduce an item for you and subsequently the original is returned as undelivered by our delivery companies, we reserve the right to charge an administrative fee up to 100% of the price of the reproduced product. 

We reserve the right to wait up to 10 working days from the date of dispatch before taking further action regarding an undelivered item. 

Please note: we will not be held liable for any late deliveries if delays occur by causes beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation:- 
(a) fire; 
(b) severe weather conditions; 
(c) industrial dispute; 
(d) strike or labour disputes

Free Postage on cards is only valid to address in the UK. 
Free standard Delivery over £100 is only valid to address in the UK. Free standard Delivery over £100 is not available with any other offer.
For example if we have a 15% discount running, delivery will be payable. 


We do not refund on shipping/postage under any circumstances . Please remember we will do our best to dispatch within the estimated timeframe however sometimes the dispatch maybe delayed if we are waiting on stock to arrive. We are unable to refund for delays caused through the Coronovirus Covid19. We are unable to accept returns on the following: Hair Accessories/Jewellery/Underwear/Decor/Sale 

If you receive a credit note the cost of shipping will be deducted from your credit.

Credits will be active for 3 months from date of issue. Credits can be redeemed at www.lovelei.uk

We do not accept returns on items that do not fit, so we advice you to check sizing before placing your order. 

We are unable to cancel any orders once placed due to the Coronovirus. We are more than happy to postpone dispatching or placing a credit on the account to use at a later date but no refunds will be issued.. Please notify as soon as possible. We can not help if the order has already gone into print but we will do our best where possible. We can of course change the dates on items if they have not been printed/processed if you have decided to postpone your wedding to a different date. We are unable to refund for delays caused through the Coronovirus Covid19 which have been out of our control due to delays with suppliers/manufacturers. Returns and exchange 

If the customer wishes to return an item, please contact our customer care team quoting the order number, name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether a credit note or a replacement is required. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. Personalised/Customised/Handmade/Sale goods are non returnable or refundable. This includes items that are customised when choosing the colour of the text, personalisation/wording, and colour of items. All items on offer can not be returned/exchanged including free product offers

The buyer is required to ensure that any goods being returned to the seller are safely and securely packaged in the original packaging to ensure that they are returned undamaged and suitable for re-sale. The seller reserves the right to charge the buyer for any goods which it is unable to resell.

Non Personalised robes/pyjamas can be returned if the following criteria is met:
- Only one robe/pyjama set per colour, per size, per design is removed from the packaging
- If any additional robes/pyjamas are removed from the packaging or the seal is broken in the same colour, design/style and size they are not able to be returned.
- We must be notified within 7 days that the robes/pyjamas will be returned, you then have a further 7 days to return the items by your chosen delivery method at a cost to yourself, the customer.
- Any additional robes/pyjamas removed from the packaging and are returned will be subject to a 50% restocking fee
- A credit note or exchange will be issued for the items returned to be used on our website.

Returns must be made within 7 days after receiving the item if unsuitable.

If an item is returned due to been faulty and we deem this as our error, we shall return the postage charge up to a maximum cost of a Signed For Small Parcel. All returns must be sent via Royal Mail. We are not held responsible for any lost items on return delivery. If you choose to pay additional postage charges this is the choice of the buyer as we only return a maximum cost of a Signed for Small Parcel fee once we have received proof of tracked postage

Goods/Items returned will only be refunded, we do not refund the original shipping/postage charge. If you receive a credit note refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted.


All delivery information can be found on our website.  If you require the order sooner and we are not notified by email of the date, we shall continue to process the order inline with our lead-times. You must cancel your order inline with our cancellation policy if the lead-time is not suitable. 

Please make sure you allow plenty of time for your order to be processed.

Personalised/Customised/Handmade Items are dispatched within 28 working days

Faulty item


In the unfortunate event the item arrives damaged or faulty we ask you contact us as soon as possible within 48hrs of receipt of goods.

please contact our customer care team quoting the order number,  name and address, details of the product and the fault.  You must include photographic evidence of the fault. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. Refunds cannot be given if the fault is as a result of misuse.  We do not take any responsibility for washing and ironing of garments, these are at your own risk.  No refunds will be given if washed or ironed. We will not refund on any items even if faulty once worn. We will require the tracking information if advised to return. If we do not receive the tracking information we will be unable to provide a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Item/Missing Item 
If the item received is not what was originally ordered, please contact customer care quoting the order number,  name and address, details of the incorrect product. We will then advise on how to proceed. Most items will be required to be returned. We will require the tracking information. If we do not receive the tracking information we will be unable to provide a replacement. We require to be informed within 48 hours of receiving the order so we can deal with this as quickly as possibly as any delays can cause issues if an item is missing and we have to reorder as there could be colour variations  

The colour of the product you receive may not match the colour as displayed by our website on your computer monitor. Please be aware that if colour is important to you, your order is placed at your own risk. You are advised to purchase non-personalised robes and return at your cost for personalisation. A new delivery charge would also apply. 

Colours chosen by the buyer are final, we cannot be held responsible for the choices chosen by the buyer. These are personalised items and are non refundable. We do not replace the items if you do not like your colour combinations once printed. Colours are shown on our website are photographed by a professional photographer in a studio. 
Whilst we take great care to photograph our products monitors can distort the colour quite considerably from what is shown on the computer to what is received in real life. As with all products that are created if you purchase a robe today and another in 6 months we can not guarantee the same shading as the material will be different and created in a different season. All images on our website are for illustrative purposes only.


All items are printed with industrial printers. We do not embroider items.

Order changes

If you do not receive an email confirmation of a change you are requesting then please do not think that your change has been accepted, as the email you sent may not have been actioned. If a change needs implementing we will do our best to change this for you, but cannot he held responsible if it is sent out wrong without the change being made, this is due to different departments working on the order therefore the change may not be picked up in time 
Discounts & Offers

Offers are limited to one per customer you are not allowed to use multiple discount vouchers on the same order.

Items that are purchased in a ‘Sale’ can not have further discounts applied nor can they be returned these items are sold as seen.

Discounts are not available on priority shipping.

One discount per customer, per address is valid.

Free shipping over £100 does not apply with any other offer.

While we endeavour to ensure that the information on this Website is correct, we do not warrant the accuracy and completeness of the material on this Website. We may make changes to the material on this Website, or to the products and prices described in it, at any time without notice. The material on this Website may be out of date, and we make no commitment to update such material. 

The material on this Website is provided “as is” without any conditions, warranties or other terms of any kind. If your use of material on this Website results in the need for servicing, repair or correction of equipment, software or data, you assume all costs thereof. 

You agree to indemnify us fully, defend and hold us, and our officers, directors, employees and agents, harmless from and against all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of any breach of the terms and conditions by you, or your use of this Website, or the use by any other person using your registration details. 

Governing Law and Jurisdiction 
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Disputes arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. 

If you access this Website from locations outside the United Kingdom and Eire, you do so at your own risk and you are responsible for compliance with local laws. 

You may not assign, sub-license or otherwise transfer any of your rights under these terms and conditions. 

Wash on low setting or hand wash

Iron on a low setting,  inside out ideally under a damp  tea towel, put the damp towel between the garment and the iron

Do not dry clean 

We do not accept any liability for items damaged during washing or ironing

If any provision of these terms and conditions is found by any court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the invalidity of that provision will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions which shall continue to have full force and effect.

Only the parties to these terms and conditions may seek to enforce them. Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended as granting any persons who are not parties to these terms any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.

Some sale items do have defects as listed and will not be removed.
